“There are a thousand questions and logistics that have to happen to successfully transform a school into a competency-based learning model, but all of those questions can be answered if you first learn why competency-based learning is not only important but essential for your students.  This session will help participants think deeply about the transformation of the learning experience and why it aligns to the original reason they became educators.

Some people have falsely accused educators as being resistant to change.  In this presentation, you will not hear that perception. Kellerer believes that teachers are only resistant to purposeless change.  Come and begin a journey that explores the why of competency-based education.”
